Hikeshi no Tobiguchi
Command Tool

A curious tool used by a person who was in charge of samurai during the Edo Period. Hikeshi means a person who puts out the fire. Made of wood, bound with bamboo, and lacquered in black, there is a 2.5 cm hook at the top of the tool. Stand is deer antler, which was usually used for swords.

Tool length: 40 cm.
Stand’s wood base length: 38 cm.
Antlers, tip to tip: 26 cm.
